This year has seen the re-release of Original Penguin’s 55 polo, the first American logo golf shirt. Made famous by some of the most iconic American figures in the twentieth century, from Clint Eastwood to Sinatra, Munsingwear’s first polo, the ‘55′ quickly became a staple part of Americana culture, an essential on the green, and in the bar. To celebrate 55 years of the iconic Original Penguin brand, a special edition of the first polo has been re-released for the first time since 1955.
