SelectRide is a cushioning concept designed to offer the training athlete two distinct performance options. Pushing the "Run" button causes the shoe (after a few steps) to increase in height and cushioning for maximum protection for running applications. Pushing the "Train" button causes the shoe to become lower to the ground and more responsive for lateral training applications.
